Booking a last-minute stay at Henrosa Hotel turned out to be a delightful surprise. Despite snagging the last room available, my experience was fantastic. The hotel generously upgraded my room at no extra cost and provided complimentary beach gear and access, which enhanced my stay. They even included a bottle of wine, which was a thoughtful touch. The service here is excellent, with staff that are both friendly and professional. The location is outstanding, perfectly situated to enjoy the best of the area. The only minor drawback was the breakfast, which did not meet the same high standards as the other services. Overall, a solid five-star experience!

This review is a bit late since 7 months have passed, but I wanted to share my thoughts. The hotel’s location is very nice, very close to the beach. The rooms are lovely and the staff are very attentive. The rooms are clean. It’s great that it’s within walking distance to the beach as well as to all the shops and venues. I definitely really liked it. One of the best things about the hotel was that I made wonderful friendships and encountered pleasant coincidences.

I had a wonderful experience here. Perfect location. Clean rooms. No issues at all. For the price you get a lot and you can save your money to spend on Miami and not worry about where you sleep. I don’t understand why anyone would complain. Most of the time you only sleep in your room and you experience the area but if you just want to hang out in your room then maybe it’s not the best but for Miami Beach it can’t be beat. Loved it and I will totally stay there in the future.

While the rooms were cozy, they provided all the comforts necessary for a restful night's sleep after a day of sightseeing and exploration. Although I wished for a wider variety of breakfast options, I appreciated that it was included in the room rate and provided a convenient start to each day of my stay. Plus, the hotel's budget-friendly rates made it a practical choice for travelers like myself. Overall, my experience at this charming hotel was nothing short of delightful. It provided the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and affordability, allowing me to fully enjoy my weekend escape to South Beach. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and eager to return in the future.

I absolutely loved the hotel’s decor—the pink vintage style greeted us as soon as we walked in. The bedroom was spacious enough for my daughter and me. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was Natalia. She was incredibly accommodating, gracious, and kind. When we encountered a hiccup with my sister’s reservation at another hotel, Natalia went above and beyond to help us sort it out. Hands down, the best customer service we’ve experienced; we will definitely be back.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Henrosa Hotel! The place was super clean, the vibe was nice, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location is absolutely perfect — restaurants, stores, and the beach are all within a 5-minute walk. I also loved that they have beach chairs reserved for guests, which makes spending time at the beach even more convenient. Overall, a great stay in the heart of Miami Beach — would definitely come back!

I had a great stay with this hotel! It’s a cute boutique hotel. Location is excellent. You can tell it’s a clean hotel when you entered the front desk. They have excellent cleanliness and housekeeping always take care of your room and they even have turndown service. Bathroom was luxury. The only thing I didn’t like is you can hear other people slam their door from other rooms. And the bed is more like an old style but it’s not a problem at all. They have a terrace where you can relax. I enjoyed my stay overall would come back for sure!!
